Judging by the broken rails, minecarts and tools lying around the area, it is reasonable to assume that at one point there was a functioning mine in this location.This may have been part of a scrapped idea. Gus mentions that perhaps they will help Mickey and Oswald, though how they do is unknown. Other than that, nothing else special happens. If pushed off the side into the abyss you'll see spirits flying everywhere though they will disappear upon revisiting the area, and the statues will not respawn. The two Fairy statues on the Angel Side of Rainbow Caverns can be lifted by a Fairy Sketch and can be pushed.The flowing Paint of Rainbow Falls provides power to the Projectors and other machinery of Wasteland. Depending on whether you fix the Substation or break it, a D.E.C entrance to Devil Caverns or a Projector leading to the Angel Caverns will open. There are three pipes to fix when powering it on. From here, you also have a view of the Angel's Sword and the Devil Falls Maze, which are part of the next area. The iconic Rainbow Falls seen from the Substation is a facade based on the Seven Dwarfs, with each appearing in this order from left to right: Sleepy, Grumpy, Doc, Sneezy, Happy, Dopey and Bashful. ![]() The projectors themselves were later revealed to have been sabotaged by none other than Prescott himself, using chattering teeth toys from the Gag Factory. Small Pete was working here when he suddenly got trapped. This is the location of the Projector Substation, the source of power for the Projector Screens around Wasteland. Rainbow Falls īeyond the Thinner curtain is the Rainbow Falls. Up on the main platform, another Ink Well can be found in front of some Thinner falls. Various detailed cave paintings can be found based on the characters and scenes of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. This leads to the main body of the cave, where several Paint and Thinner falls can be found. To progress to the next area, Mickey must sneak through a security door guarded by an Eye. The Ink Well in question resembles the statues of the Seven Sisters found in the Angel Caverns. Upon entering, a Guardian Pool surrounding an Ink Well can be found. This area is the entrance of the caverns. The music that plays in the boss fight against her is a remix of the boss theme from Castle of Illusion.The Ink Well in front of the Guardian Pool.It even goes with the plot of Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion due to her being miserable in Wasteland. Mizrabel's name is a pun for miserable.In Power of Illusion, she constantly shapeshifts into various Disney villains, the form she uses the most being that of Maleficent, but never shows her real appearance. The remake of the first game redesigned her to give her a slightly more distinct appearance, though she still looks very much like Grimhilde or Maleficent. In the original Castle of Illusion game, she looks just like the Witch/Queen Grimhilde from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.Depending on how well the bush has been painted, it may need to be thinned out as the flames reach above, making it impossible for Mickey to move past them.Īfter her defeat, she informs Mickey that this isn't the last he's seen of her, and vanishes. When she attacks with the flames, Mickey needs to paint in the thorn bushes again as a defense shield. Mickey needs to Paint in the surrounding thorn bushes when her head drops to the ground, then attack her whilst she's stunned. Mizrabel will take the form of Maleficent in her dragon form, and either reach her head down to bite Mickey, or burst out a set of green flames which reach across both sides. In ?, Mickey finds her again and battles her in the final showdown. Mickey first meets her in Castle East Hall, where she taunts him with Minnie imprisoned behind her whilst stealing Maleficent's appearance. It established the relationship between Mickey Mouse and Oswald the Lucky Rabbit who are portrayed as brothers in the series. The game introduced the series' key characters and plot points. She finds herself as an unwilling inhabitant of Wasteland, and unleashes a plot to escape using the Castle of Illusion to imprison and drain the cartoon essence from currently famous Toons still in the Toon World. Epic Mickey is the first game of the series, released in North America on Novemfor the Wii. Mizrabel reappears as the main antagonist of Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion and a forgotten character in Wasteland. ![]()
